Returns

We understand that sometimes you change your mind so we offer a 30 day return policy.  The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include original packaging.

The card you used to make the purchase will be the one we credit with the original purchase amount, less any delivery charge paid where appropriate. Delivery costs are refunded on faulty items, or where we have supplied the wrong item.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Please reach out via our contact us page to arrange for a return.  We'll review the request and advise of next steps.  Once the returned item has been received we will check them over before refunding to the card you placed the purchase with.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If its like for like e.g. a colour change we can support an exchange else we prefer to cancel/refund the order to allow you to place the new order for the correct item.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your item has been received and checked over we will issue the refund within 3-5 days.  Allowing for postal services (and potential delays) please allow for 2-3 weeks for the returns process to be completed.

Refund of payment can vary depending on banking account used.

Please note: refunds do not include any delivery costs paid on your original order.
